❌ What Is Not Allowed

You may not:

• Resell, share, distribute, sublicense, or give away the original digital files.
• Upload or make the files available on websites, social media, file-sharing platforms, marketplaces, or other digital platforms.
• Resell the digital files, whether individually or as part of another digital product or bundle.
• Claim the artwork, designs, illustrations, or content as your own.
• Copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute the digital content for the purpose of creating a competing digital product.
• Use the content in a way that suggests it was created by you or that you own the copyright.

⚠️ Commercial Use

Commercial use is not automatically included with every purchase.

If commercial use is permitted for a specific product, the applicable terms will be clearly stated on that product's page.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product does not give you the right to use it for mass production, commercial redistribution, resale of digital files, print-on-demand services, or large-scale manufacturing.

❌ ما هو غير مسموح به

لا يُسمح لك بـ:

• رفع الملفات أو إتاحتها على المواقع الإلكترونية أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو منصات مشاركة الملفات أو المتاجر والمنصات الرقمية.
• إعادة بيع الملفات الرقمية، سواء بشكل منفصل أو كجزء من منتج رقمي أو مجموعة منتجات أخرى.
• الادعاء بأن الأعمال الفنية أو التصاميم أو الرسومات أو المحتوى من إنشائك.
• نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو تعديل أو إعادة توزيع المحتوى الرقمي بهدف إنشاء منتج رقمي منافس.
• استخدام المحتوى بطريقة توحي بأنك صاحب أو مالك حقوق الطبع والنشر الخاصة به.

⚠️ الاستخدام التجاري

الاستخدام التجاري لا يُعتبر مشمولًا تلقائيًا مع كل عملية شراء.

إذا كان الاستخدام التجاري مسموحًا لمنتج معين، فسيتم توضيح الشروط الخاصة بذلك بشكل واضح في صفحة المنتج.
